Get Involved
As a non-profit organisation, Arise and Shine Uganda relies on the time and skills of volunteers. We are currently recruiting volunteers to assist with the development of AASU, either on the ground in Uganda or from home.
We are eager to welcome volunteers in the following fields;
- Teachers (at least with a TEFL qualification)
- Builders (specify – carpenters, general contractors, plumbers, electricians…?)
- Community workers (Sharon and Lisa – this needs to be more specific)
- Fundraisers
- Social workers
- Trained professionals interested in assisting with community education programmes in a range of subjects, such as diet, health and hygiene, reproduction, domestic violence, and many other areas.
Opportunities are also possible for people that would like to volunteer in other ways.
